Belonging Made Visible™ is powered by Progression Partners, Inc., a Kansas nonprofit educational consulting organization. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Progression Partners, Inc. and the Belonging Made Visible™ website.

Information you provide

We collect information that you choose to submit through our forms.

• Classroom Checklist requests: first name, email address, professional role, and optional school, district, or organization.
• Partner inquiries: first and last name, work email, organization or district, role or title, state, area of interest, support message, preferred contact method, and optional phone number.
• Direct communications: information you include when you email or otherwise contact us.

How we use information

• Provide requested resources and confirmation messages.
• Store and manage resource leads and partnership inquiries.
• Respond to questions and follow up about services or partnership opportunities.
• Maintain website security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Support internal outreach, reporting, and service improvement.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

Storage and service providers

Form submissions are first stored in the website’s primary database. After successful storage, selected information may be mirrored to authorized internal outreach and reporting systems. We also use website hosting, database, email-delivery, and related service providers that process information only as needed to support these functions.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for third-party behavioral advertising.

Technical information

Our hosting and security providers may process limited technical information, such as an IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, and timestamps, to deliver and protect the website. The site does not currently use advertising cookies.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, maintain business and educational records, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, subject to applicable recordkeeping or legal requirements. You may also ask us to stop nonessential follow-up communications. Transactional messages needed to deliver a resource or respond to an inquiry may still be sent.

Children and student information

This website and its forms are intended for adult educators, leaders, partners, and other professionals. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Please do not submit personally identifiable student information through website forms.
